THE FARMHOUSE

The Farmhouse is an old stone farmhouse owned by Famiglia Demonti and completely renovated. It is the result of a long and accurate project meant to take back the original beauty of the house. During the renovation we intended to respect the original charm of the old rural architecture with a particular attention to tradition and harmony with the surrounding landscape.

Indoors the apartments’ furniture is traditional and stone and wood are the protagonists. The general atmosphere is warm and welcoming. All essential comforts are provided to ensure an unforgettable holiday. Around the house you can admire the amazing beauty of the landscape with spectacular view on Lake Garda and the surrounding villages.

Each apartments has a living room with kitchenette and lunch area, double sofa bed or armchair bed, double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower, independent heating, safe, private garden or private balcony with lake view.

* Only for stays of less than 7 nights, final cleaning £60.00 with first supply of bed linen / towels included, as well as mandatory  extras to be paid on site.

Services

A medium-size pet (max. 15 kg.) is allowed in a 1-bedroom-apartment with garden for € 60 for week. Included in the fee: warm water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, safe, swimming pool, bicycle storage, parking place, bread service, wi-fi, baby cot, Tignale Card (a card that includes free services or discounts). To charge: heating (according to usage), bed linen € 10 for person, bath linen € 5 for person, garage € 25 for week.

To be paid locally

On arrival: balance and caution € 100.
On departure: local tax: € 2,00 per person per night (except children under 13). It will be added directly to your bill. It is a local tax, completely given to the municipality to sustain the tourism services.
Deposit: to complete the booking is required a deposit of 40% of the total cost. By 10 days the deposit should be paid, otherwise the apartment will be considered free. When the deposit is paid you will receive the final confirmation of your reservation. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival we will repay the deposit, from 30 to 20 days before arrival we keep the deposit and it is valid for a stay in another available period within the current year, starting from 20 days before arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
