Arrivals and Departures
From 01.07.23 to 19.08.23 a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Arrival and departure day: Saturday. In the remaining periods a stay of minimum 5 nights with free arrival and departure day is possible. A stay of less than 5 nights is possible on request according to availability (except for the period from 01/07/23 to 19/08/23), Check-in from 4 to 8 p.m. Check-out by 10 a.m.
Services
Included in the fee: warm water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, safe, swimming pool, bicycle storage, parking place, bread service, wi-fi, baby cot, Tignale Card (a card that includes free services or discounts). To charge: heating (according to usage), bed linen € 10 per person, bath linen € 5 per person, garage € 25 per week.
To be paid locally
On arrival: balance and caution € 100.
On departure: local tax: € 1,70 for person for night (except children under 13). Iy will be added directly to your bill. It is a local tax, completely given to the municipality to sustain the tourism services.
Deposit: to complete the booking is required a deposit of 40% of the total cost. By 10 days the deposit should be paid, otherwise the apartment will be considered free. When the deposit is paid you will receive the final confirmation of your reservation. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival we will repay the deposit, from 30 to 20 days before arrival we keep the deposit and it is valid for a stay in another available period within the current year, starting from 20 days before arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
